Praveen Sherman is a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated trainer. He holds a Masters in Computers and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management. He always believed and still believes in doing things very differently. Realizing his passion was towards training as many people as possible and making a difference in their lives, Praveen renounced his job from a leading multi national software companies started his journey on his dream by founding OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, Asia’s No 1 training company with the mission of “Making People Powerful”

Praveen when working in a multinational company as a professional was quite comfortable in life in terms of finances but never in happiness and satisfaction. Realizing that not the true purpose of life Praveen went out in search of Personal Development to take his life to the next higher level. Books, CDs websites et.al was the resource that he found to leverage on the to take action in the best direction. During course of time Praveen lost track of what to do, where to apply things and how to bring about change. Several choices and several contradicting choices led him to a fierce battle of finding the right tools and techniques suitable for personal change and personal development. Moving around the world made Praveen realize that every single person pursing the journey towards personal development does not get the right ways of doing. They get overloaded with information that is helpful but still remains useless for the simple reason that it cannot be applied or used. This was the kindling factor in Praveen to pursue and lead people by showing them light by using the right and directive ways of achieving excellence.

Learning NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was the drive for Praveen to achieve tremendous results in himself and in other too. Praveen wanted to learn the nitty gritties and nuances to motivate people so that he could help them achieve their goals in life. Being trained by Dr. Richard Bandler personally was a boon for many. Praveen learnt this art of modeling the core of NLP. With this great tool Praveen went out to model for himself and also for the rest of the human community. Modeling helped Praveen to develop his clear cut direction of being a Trainer and Personal Excellence Coach. Being a founder of OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, Asia’s No. 1 Training company paved way for Praveen to train several thousands every year and making them transform their lives. This also gave a lot of learning for Praveen to pursue his dream of making Personal Development easy for every single person pursuing a direction towards CHANGE. Praveen at the age of 27 went to be the youngest Certified NLP Training Specialist in Asia.

Accelerated learning became the most skill that Praveen developed in himself. He used this ability to transform any book, into ideas that are workable and usable by any one in pursuit of excellence. An avid reader and an open listener Praveen believes that there is learning everywhere. This has not only taken him to the next level but also has made him the most sought after trainer, speaker and author for easy to use techniques to transform life. Today Praveen trains people from different backgrounds and different professions ranging from students, home makers, corporate executives, sports men, health care professionals, actors, businessmen, finance controllers and many more. Praveen is also a behavioural expert and uses his skills by doing several capacity building activities in the form of Personal and Business Coaching sessions. His specialization includes Neuro Linguistic Programming, Behavioral and Habit Patterns, Presentation and Communication skills, Sales and Marketing, Accelerated Learning and Whole Brain Learning Methodologies.
