Resources =/= Results

Many times I am asking this question. “How do you manage to produce such exceptional results in life”. Simple I take Consistent Action. Its not about the resources that we have that makes us successful and achieve things. Its the kind of action that we take that makes a huge difference.
Remember Henry Ford, the founder of “Ford Motors”. What made him successful was the simple reason that he took action to achieve big. He started Ford because of the Passion he had for machines.
Many people have the needed resources. You see many engineers who are so good in their area of expertise, yet the struggle to achieve. We all have the resources and we can tap them as and when we need. But if you don’t take action for what you have then the resources are useless.
RESOURCES =/= RESULTS
RESOURCES + ACTION = RESULTS.
If you ought to get some resources then you need take action for it. You might have all the ingredients of a recipe. If you don’t use these ingredients then there is no dish that is churned out.
You have the ingredients, the resources. Take ACTION to reap the results.

Thats right praveen,
I presume the Action you are speaking about is not just a single term, but constitutes various ingrediants such as planning, execution, reviewing etc.

U r 99% right.
Resources + Action = Results.
But “TIME” is another important factor.
Doing right thing at a wrong time, even if resources and action are right, will bring only disaster.
Thatz my experience…. God knows if it is right!!!

RESOURCES + ACTION = RESULT
Expanding on the same thought I would like to re-phrase it a little bit.
It is basically ACTION that provides results. Along the way, RESOURCES would make itself available as long as ACTION is consistently invoked.
