   hi my name is hernan and i am from argentina , my question is how can i install better strategies for motivate myself or to concentrate better ?

   and my second question is how can i install belief from success people in an efective way , like for example there is no failure only feedback , but in a real that i would feel that as real , not as a great idea.

   I am 26 and I am through the toughest time of my life so far.. Being a victim of broken marriage, i was in really bad depression.. I incidentally came across your website while browsing the web, looking for a way to control my crying / anger.

   I have been reading all your mails and trying to follow your suggestions, which really work.. Your ideas have changed my attitude towards life..

   I have been reading your expert comments and enjoyed it very much. Thanks for all your inspiring stories/statements/quotes, etc. My daughter is appearing for her final 12th CBSE standard’s final board exam in March 2009.I would like to what is the best suggestion you can give for her to remember what she has read and put it down on the answer sheets. This is in the best interest in scoring high marks. Please give your expert advice/suggestions for her future career in joining the engineering course. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

    Dear Praveen,

    Thanks for your sustained effort to make us powerful through your daily mails.
    The impetuses planted in our minds are numerous.

    I wish to follow all and not able to do so. I am not able to control my anger many a times though I feel guilty immediately and calm down. I can see the positive intention behind the action of the opponent after some time only. I’m not able to see it before getting wrath.

    I need guidance for improvement and to come out of this.
